How do I do that? I thought I was doing that by adding kU to the termcap file.

By the way, "\E[1~:" was what was displayed when I pressed shift-home.

INGRES_KEYS=/path/to/my/konsole.map
TERM_INGRES=putty
II_TERMCAP_FILE=/path/to/my/termcap
