[Info-ingres] report writer question - query fails in RW but OK in sql

the following query works in SQL (isql) but fails when run in report 
writer - does report writer use older version of sql?


 create table numreelsresults_w_rrp
 as select nreels = count (distinct roll_number),
   n_tests = count(test_res )
   from
  rxrpy_w_rrp;
