[Info-ingres] Invalid Checkpoints

This whole process had been scripted, but the real issue appears to be 
that the checkpoint didn't run properly. The checkpoints were online 
checkpoints with the resulting error below.  When the checkpoints are 
run as offline checkpoints there are no issues and can be rolled forward 
on the remote server.

The online checkpoint issue didn't start until we started using 9.2.4. 
There are no messages in the checkpoint log.
