<p class="MsoNormal">Using Ingres ODBC Administrator set up a data source. I use a tested vnode, set Type to Ingres and then clicked on the dropdown menu box for Database…why isn’t it displaying all the databases?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have an installation with 82 databases. The dropdown menu did not include three of them, one of which was iidbdb.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Thinking this was related to the number of database, I set up another data source to an installation with 103 databases..no problem there on the number of databases with iidbdb being included. So the number doesn’t appear to be the issue.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I traced the call from the Administrator into the server to get the database details and it’s just a simple ‘SELECT name FROM iidatabase’ . There are no qualifications imposed at that end.<o:p></o:p></p>
