We will remain as Actian and Rohit will continue in his role as CEO. The entire executive team has signed up to the new opportunity and they’ve been very clear that this is about the people as much as it is about our technology portfolio. There are no planned layoffs or changes to our support systems, so it’s pretty much business as usual from a customer support perspective. What will change is that we will have a massive new partner bringing our products into a myriad of opportunities. HCL will embed Actian technologies in their products and solutions and we’ve already identified a bunch of opportunities where there’s a great fit. The additional revenue that HCL, as a partner, will bring our way will give us the chance to increase our investment in innovation and in awareness campaigns.
