In the DBMS Configuration, I have the connect_limit set to 832. In the Net Server configuration, I have the inbound_limit set to 832. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The error message here seems unambiguous, though:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>redacted::[36827 IIGCC, 00000000000001aa]: Wed Nov 1 10:46:22 2017 E_GC2214_MAX_IB_CONNS GCC server has exceeded max inbound connections.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>My current thinking is that iigcc has some sort of upper limit that can’t be exceeded? Does that make sense?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I know that I can change the startup count for Net Server from 1 to 2, then make another netutil to connect to listen address II1, which I’m in the process of doing, but I’d really rather avoid that unless there is a reason to do so.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Does anyone have experience with this?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Michel<o:p></o:p></p></div></body></html>
