Did they mention what the limit is? 

It sounds odd since there really can't be many more simultaneous
transactions than sessions (even including internal sessions). In the
21st century surely we'd have to be talking absolutely bazillions to
be 'too many'.

Or does the word "simultaneous" have special and surprising meaning in
this context...?
