[Info-ingres] Release Announcement: OpenROAD 11.0 (AIX and Solaris SPARC) and 11.1 (Linux and Windows) GA

OpenROAD 11 is the next release after OpenROAD 6.2. What happened to versions 7, 8, 9, and 10? OpenROAD 11 is built with and for Ingres version 11, the version number has been updated to match Ingres.

OR 11 allows existing OpenROAD 6.2 images to run with OpenROAD 11 as well as adding support for; IANA timezones, y38k, and auto negotiation of encrypted Ingres Net by being built with and for Ingres 11.
