[Info-ingres] User friendly error message on constraint violation

Hi Nikos,

You could raise a request to that end on Actians support site. It would be a nice idea. 

An extension to the WITH clause to allow a customised message seems an obvious way to go. The only problem I see would be that the message would have to be fixed and couldn't have any parameters.

An idea would be for check constraints to also allow a raise message ,like a dp does?
