[Info-ingres] E_CL1F0C PM configuration file

Hi All,

Trying to get Perl DBI to connect to Avalanche and I get the message:
E_CL1F0C PM configuration file is found to be in bad internal format
    during the timezone initiation process

I've forced a recompile of Perl but it couldn't find libingres.a in the runtime client provided to connect from Linux to Avalanche. I copied in the libingres.a from a Vector platform and recompiled perl with that...but the problem persists.

Anyone got any ideas?
