Not quite. That query is the remote command server polling, looking for any commands that could have come in from a VDBA session.
If you want to get rid of it and don't use VDBA then set the startup count of the remote command server to 0 in CBF. You can also do ingstop -rmcmd to stop the current instance.

Is that the case?
I have no VDBA in effect.If that is the case however ,I have to check with the team in case somene else has.
