That's the queue query from the remote command server.  The query itself
is normal, but I'm not entirely sure why it would be visible; it should
run and then go idle.

If they are different threads under the same parent process, it's OK.
It's also OK to have multiple parent "iidbms dbms" as long as it
was configured that way.

If you have multiple parent process "iidbms recovery" then it's likely
that a shutdown got hosed in some way, and I'd suggest shutting
down the installation, cleaning up all rogue processes manually if
necessary (don't forget dmfacp), cleaning shared memory, and
restarting.
