[Info-ingres] mgmtsvr in a 11.0 client?

Installed Ingres 11.0 client on a new server and noticed that the mgmtsvr process is missing. There is a mgmtsvr process in our older 10.2 installations. There is no mgmtsvr in the bin folder on 11.0. Do I need it on a clientinstallation or did the installation go wrong? Setup did I do with only Ingres Client and Ingres ODBC Connectivity checked.
