That message is in TPF, which is a little gem of a facility that nobody looks at
unless they have to. I think I might have been in there last, fixing a bug that had
been around since 1989.
It seems that TPF has subverted a few QEF tracepoints to deliberately crash
the Star server at specific points in the 2phase commit process, presumably so
that recovery can be tested. QE90 is one of them. I don't know why they can't
be TPxxxx trace points which would make more sense. Please open an issue
if you haven't already!
