[Info-ingres] Actian support portal

Thanks Roy , I have IE 11 and Firefox 60.0.2 and all I see is this. Nothing under the search box.

If you log in to the community portal (using your new ID based on your email address), you should see a "Cases" link appear just below the search box. (Or at least I do. There does seem to be some sensitivity to browsers and browser versions. I am using Chrome now.)
