      Nov 2018 Annual General Meeting 

All Welcome

 

This meeting is primarily to discuss and vote on the winding up of the
Queensland Ingres User Group and to establish the new Committee. You might
like to take this as an opportunity to meet with members from years gone by
and discuss the heady days of INGRES 6.4, ABF and Report Writer.

4:05 pm        Winding up of the Queensland Ingres User Group.

Regrettably, the opinion of the Committee is that the Queensland Ingres User
Group no longer appears to serve any useful function for its membership.
Members will discuss and vote on the winding up of the Queensland Ingres
User Group and, should this be carried, discuss and vote on a destination
for any excess funds. This destination should support the advancing and
performance of Ingres relational database products and tools and be unable
to distribute the funds to its members.

 

Please send suggestions or any requests for details to

4:20 pm         Annual General Meeting and election of committee members -
please get involved.

AGM business, President's Report, Treasurer's Report and nomination and
election of Office Bearers.

Please send any nominations to qiug at internode.on.net - this will help speed
things up.
