[Info-ingres] Email notification of imminent licence expiration

Re 10.2.0 (a64.win/100).

A customer has asked me to set up email notification of imminent licence
expiration but I am darned if I can remember how. I've had a look at
the Licensing FAQ and the KB.

Where do you configure the email address(es) that should be notified?

Also, is iichkemail available for that version?
