[Info-ingres] EasyIngres (Apache/Ingres/PHP stack for Windows) still available somewhere?

Hi all,

I remember that several years ago a French member of Ingres community built an Ingres 9.x installer that also contained Apache web server, PHP, Ingres driver for PHP. It was called EasyIngres, GPL'd and I think downloadable on esd.actian.com, but now it isn't any more.
Anybody still having a copy of it or knowing of a download mirror?
