[Info-ingres] Ingres 10.1 for Solaris 11

This workaround bypasses the attempt to load the Geos and Proj libraries and bypasses the linking incompatibilities between parts of the client app and the Geos libraries. Any attempt to call the Geos routines will fail and will not be handled cleanly. I would recommend avoiding this solution if possible. This was a case where no other solution (short of a full Ingres port using different linking option) was available.

According to support setting FE_geo_init_needed = FALSE prevents loading the geos library.  I have tried this and the program no longer crashes.
