[Info-ingres] Upgrading Ingres 9.2 to 10.2 - are there know problems ?

Ingres has handled proleptic Gregorian dates (i.e. dates
before—generally—1582) since release Ingres II 2.5. Your problem is
either an Ingres bug that should be reported, or a configuration error
in your upgraded system.
