[Info-ingres] [openroad-users] Testing Automation Tools for OpenROAD

As Bodo mentioned, we have an event coming up in October this year which 
has two sessions that both cover testing OpenROAD code/applications. There 
is no charge for the event and its a great chance to meet up with some of 
the engineering team as well as connect with fellow users.
