Yes the easiest way we found to do it was to install the Ingres NET + 
ODBC driver on a client PC and use SQL Server's import wizard to pull 
the data from the Ingres database using ODBC.     It's not the fastest 
way of doing things, but it's very easy to set it up and gets the job done.

Obviously this only gets the data, if you've got rules+procedures, 
report writer reports etc. those will have to be re-written.
