[Info-ingres] John Smedley Wins the 2015 IUA Community Award

The winner of the 2015 Ingres User's Association Community Award is John Smedley.

Alex Hanshaw presented the award. Time was limited but Alex'
presentation certainly managed to convey a sense of John's character
and foibles, and also the qualities that made him a worthy recipient.
