Hi Roy,

That was my first impression. I did do a quick test though. From an
OpenROAD frame I issued an UPDATE statement without a commit, I then
issued the SET SESSION WITH DESCRIPTION command with an EXECUTE
IMMEDIATE. The UPDATE statement was committed and data saved. I watched
it in IPM doing the commit.
