[Info-ingres] same select statement returns different results when repeatedly executed

If running optimizedb seemed to fix the problem it really only
dodged it by not selecting a plan that used whatever bit of code had
the real bug, which is only a matter of luck.

I'm not saying that changing your luck wouldn't help but the underlying
problem would still be there waiting.  

Of course one has to assume the new plan is different by virtue of being
better, so that's good! :-)
