[Info-ingres] E_RE0006_STARTUP_RMCMD_OBJ error in Windows 32 Bit of Ingres 10

This morning I did a new install of 32 bit Ingres 10 on Win XP using a
domain account of '??????\kyle.hanson', of which the ?????? would be
replaced by our company domain.   The install completed successfully,
but when I try to start it, the remote command server doesn't start.   I
get this error: E_RE0006_STARTUP_RMCMD_OBJ Cannot access the RMCMD
objects. The SQL error code was -30100.

Please help.
