[Info-ingres] vnode ignored in connection

Hi,

I have an server instance where specifying a vnode is ignored and always 
connects to the local database.

I.e., isql vnode::db then vnode is ignored.  Even junk::db doesn't 
generate an error and connects to local db.

I vaguely remember this as a configuration issue somewhere but can't 
remember where and the configuration (cbf or config.dat) doesn't seem 
wrong.  The output of ingprenv doesn't look out of place either.
